How does Simply Local work?

We curate a selection of Singapore’s most iconic, freshly-made food souvenirs that can be delivered directly to your hotel or office in Singapore. No more travelling to stores across town. Every order is travel-ready to ensure maximum convenience and minimum effort. All orders need to be placed 1 day in advance before 5pm for next day delivery, and the order needs to be for a minimum SG$50 purchase.


Is there a minimum order for my purchase?

Yes, we require a minimum order of SGD 50, excluding service fee.


Are there travel restrictions for travelling with any of the food items?

Please check the airline policy on carrying food items in your cabin or checked baggage. You are also advised to check with the relevant authorities of the country you are travelling to regarding the local customs requirements for importing food items.

Are these the only brands I can order?

Yes. These brands have been meticulously curated for their high quality and enduring authenticity as Singapore’s most beloved sources of food souvenirs, ideal for gifting or sharing with family and friends.

Please send an email telling us which specific products you would like to add, along with your order number and contact phone number so we can check and advise you.  


Can you rush my order within 24 hours?

Please send an email with your delivery details and contact phone number so we can check and advise you. Please note that an Express Delivery fee of SGD 30 per order per destination will apply.


Can I cancel my order?

Strictly no refunds for cancellation of orders.


Do you accept exchanges, or refunds?

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sold items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where, and when, do you deliver?

From Monday to Friday, we deliver to hotels and offices anywhere in Singapore between 8am and 8pm. On Saturdays, we deliver to hotels anytime between 10am and 4pm, including public holidays.
